Philosophy

“Work Hard”, “Work Loyalties”, and “Preciousness with Harmony among People” are our corporate principals. If people work hard without sparing themselves but keep their loyalties for their jobs and try to improve by learning from others, their kindness could be expanded. The workplace with their kindness will certainly make harmony. The products produced by harmony among people will generate precious value and the pleasant business connection with customers will be made.  I am always encouraging our employees to try to improve by learning from others.  As the commodity value of the diamond will increase after grinding the diamond, I hope our employees will always try to work hard, evaluate themselves, read good books, and build up their analytical data.
The English word “FACTORY” is formed by “FACT” and “FACTOR” since “FACT” becomes “FACTOR”.  Therefore, “FACTORY” is a place to build up correct facts and factors for making and then producing the right product.  
We hope to establish the pleasant working relationship with others by building up correct facts and factors and produce the precious valuable products created by harmony among people.

I have been managing the business through the Japanese popular saying –“Wa wo motte toutoshi to nasu”.  This is our company’s motto and it means that the preciousness is generated by harmony among people. We are trying to reach our goal to establish a better company with an optimized hierarchy, however, we still need improvement to accomplish this. I believe that our management team is trying to make an effort to reach this goal.
Dalian City was chosen as my final stage in my life and I have been pursuing to make a company with bright and hopeful future in the 21century. I believe that characteristic talents of both Japanese and Chinese influence in our company is able to take advantage of establishing an outstanding company.  I will continue to do my best to keep and improve our business services.
